The team at Belcher Frost understands the unique needs and requirements of the Armed Forces and their families.
Our team has many years of service working in and with the Armed Forces and Ministry of Defence so are ideally placed to give practical advice based on experience. Being able to "speak the language" enables us to provide a reassuring initial point of contact, to understand problems quickly and to offer effective and workable solutions.
In particular serving personnel should be aware that, as highlighted by the Ministry of Defence, a MOD 106 Will may not be sufficient for an individual's purposes if they own a property; are not married but wish to make provision for a partner; if they are in a civil partnership; if it is necessary to make arrangements for guardians for children; and if an individual has been married before and needs to make provision for children from a previous marriage or relationship.
The Belcher Frost team regularly meet with Armed Forces personnel at Advice Clinics held at MOD establishments.
